Shipping policy

Processing Orders
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as we can. Typically, orders undergo a 48-hour processing period but please allow up to 3 working days for orders processing. Upon shipment, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code to monitor your delivery.

Shipping within Switzerland

All our orders are delivered by Swiss Post. We ship locally from our warehouse based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Note that we offer free shipping to all domestic orders above 80 CHF.

Estimated delivery times within Switzerland:

Standard shipping: 5 open days delivery.
Priority shipping: 2 open days delivery.

Please note that these estimations can vary and we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

International shipping
VAT & Duty fees apply on all EU orders.

All our international orders are delivered by Swiss Post. We ship from our warehouse based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for European orders:

Priority Plus: 6-8 days

Please note that these estimations can vary and we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Transit times starts from the date your order is first shipped, not from the date of purchase. Kindly note that the above timeline is based on the shipping date. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed.

Custom Charges
Shipping costs do not cover duty or custom charges that may arise when shipping to countries outside Switzerland and Europe. Val Mont Lac will not assume responsibility for these additional expenses.

Non-deliverable or refused parcels
Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to our warehouse will be treated as a regular return: You will receive a store credit to place a new order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note, if you refuse a shipment from Val Mont Lac for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as additional costs of returning your order parcel to Val Mont Lac.

This amount will be deducted from your store credit once the shipment has been received back and is processed as a regular return.
