Refund policy

Val Mont Lac is committed to its customer's full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund. 

Return policy
Here is how to return an item. Note that the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
• You must first request a return by emailing us at returns@valmontlac.ch to be eligible for a return.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with their original labels attached.
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once you contacted us to request a return, we will ask you the reason for your return to keep track of what can be improved. We will also give you the address to return your item to.

Please make sure to read the policies below before returning your item.

Return costs and responsibility
Please note that the costs for the returning a shipment must be carried by the customer. 

The items return at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during shipment's return.

Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at returns@valmontlac.ch, we will do our best to solve the issue as fast as possible .

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, swimwear and underwear.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first contact us at returns@valmontlac.ch, then return the item you have within 14 days after reception, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
